With WooCommerce shipping rates by city plugin, you can extend default WooCommerce Zones and narrow down shipping rates to a city level or state. This is ideal for countries where zip codes are not used, for example in Latin America you have Province and Districts, etc. The usage’s pretty simple. When you create a new shipping zone in WooCommerce and you add the shipping method for that zone you need to choose “ Shipping rates by city “. Then you edit that method to add the default shipping rate and insert the different city values. You could manually do this or import a csv with values. Also, you can apply additional conditions to the shipping rates based on place, total cost and much other options.
