Important By enabling "Data Sync Consent" and connecting your website to our Service at api.templatebera.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Service.

01 Description of Service

TemplateBera provides an external analysis calculation engine — Profit Warden — that ingests WooCommerce order data, correlates it with marketing expenses, and returns real-time profit margin analytics to your WordPress dashboard.

Real-time per-order profit/loss calculation engine (FastAPI + SQLite backend).
Correlation of WooCommerce revenue data with Meta Ads and Google Ads spend.
Periodic financial reports, breakeven alerts, and loss-order notifications.
Integration via the Profit Warden Bridge WordPress plugin.

02 API Usage & Accounts

API Key: Access requires a valid API URL and API Key in your Profit Warden Bridge plugin settings. You are responsible for keeping your API Key secure and strictly confidential.
Data Opt-In: You must actively opt-in to use this Service. By opting in, you authorize your WordPress server to transmit e-commerce and customer data to our Service.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must ensure your own website's Privacy Policy informs your customers that order data is processed by external analytics tools like ours.

⚠ Your API Key is equivalent to a password. Never share it publicly or commit it to a version control repository. Report any suspected compromise to info@beratemplate.com immediately.

03 Service Availability & "As Is" Provision

We continuously strive to ensure the maximum uptime of the Service. However, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, totally error-free, or entirely secure.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for technical maintenance or updates.
The resilient retry-sync engine minimizes data loss during downtime, but cannot guarantee zero loss in all edge cases.

Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

04 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TemplateBera, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service.

05 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and disable the Data Sync Consent in your plugin settings.
